Deposit Policy for Online Bidding

To participate in online bidding, all users must maintain a valid deposit in their account.

1. Minimum Deposit Requirement

  • A refundable deposit of $500 is required to activate online bidding privileges.

  • This deposit grants buying power up to $10,000, calculated at a 10% deposit-to-buying power ratio.

2. Payment Method & Clearing Time

  • We only accept ACH or bank transfers for deposits.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the transaction to clear and reflect in your account balance.

3. Refund Eligibility

Deposits are fully refundable if the following conditions are met:

  • No bidding activity or purchases have been made within 7 calendar days of placing the deposit, and

  • The account has no pending payments or unpaid invoices.

4. Forfeiture Policy

  • If an invoice is not paid in full within 3 business days of issuance, the deposit will be forfeited and applied toward administrative or cancellation costs.

  • Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in restrictions, forfeiture of funds, or suspension of bidding privileges.

5. Usage of Deposits

  • Deposits cannot be used to pay for vehicle purchases or applied to other invoices.

  • Deposits are separate from payment and are intended solely to establish buying eligibility.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests submitted by 11:15 p.m. Central Time are processed the next business day.

  • Banks typically take 1–3 business days to post the refunded amount back to your account.
